What size should I buy?
We strongly recommend using the sizing chart in the description of each product page to find the size that you like. Our apparel is generally oversized. *It helps to measure out a sweatshirt that you currently own to use alongside the sizing chart.

Please note we are not able to offer returns/exchanges due to wrong sizes.

What if I bought the wrong size?
We are not able to offer returns/exchanges due to wrong size or general personal preferences. We recommend using the sizing chart in the description of each product before ordering.

CHARITY

How does my sale help an orphan?

Rooh Apparel was created with a purpose in mind. Each collection is dedicated to a cause, right now we’re donating a percentage of each profit to SOS Villages in sponsoring orphans in Karachi, Pakistan. You can read more about this here.

What methods of payment do you offer?
We accept debit cards, most major credit cards and PayPal.

PRODUCTS

How accurate are the colors displayed?

We hand dye each piece in our home facility in Karachi Pakistan, while we try our best to keep the designs same as on the photos, there might a slight variation with the colors and/or patterns.

Our pictures are edited without any change in the color/design of the product but we cannot guarantee the exact colors as our devices are backlit as compared to reality.

How are your products made?
All products are made-to-order so once you place an order—we hand dye each piece in our home facility in Karachi Pakistan. This means that you will receive a one of a kind, piece of art each time you order our Product. This requires a little more time for us to ship your order but it help us avoid overproduction & textile waste!

Where are your products made?
All our products are ethically made in Pakistan and hand dyed by the owner, Aiman herself.

Are your products ethically made?
Rooh Apparel is doing everything to keep the products as eco-friendly and ethical as possible.

  • We only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction.
  • All of our products are hand packed in a compostable tissue paper.
  • Instead of the electric dryers, we line-dry each of our products to save energy.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?
You’ll find our shipping estimates here. At the checkout process, once you’ve added the products to your cart and entered your shipping address, you’ll be able to get the accurate rates based on your address and item(s) in your cart.

Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we’re only shipping to:

Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirated, United States and Canada. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
 All our pieces are print-to-order & require 2-3 days for production. Pakistan orders shipping times vary from 2-4 business days while International shipping times vary from 2-8. *For reasons beyond our control, we are not able to guarantee shipping times on International orders. they can vary between 2-6 weeks* Read more about shipping here. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Because our products are made-to-order, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges based on personal preferences like size or color choice. We are only able to process returns if there is a problem with the item.

If your product is received with a defect or the wrong item/size was sent—please contact us at  hello@roohapparel.com & we will gladly sort it out! Any claims must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received.
