How long does my delivery take?

All our pieces are print-to-order & require 2-3 days for production. Pakistan orders shipping times vary from 2-4 business days while International shipping times vary from 2-8. *For reasons beyond our control, we are not able to guarantee shipping times on International orders. they can vary between 2-6 weeks*

Can I change my shipping address after processing?

Kindly ensure the shipping address before submitting an order. We cannot guarantee changes to orders once they are submitted.

Unclaimed Package

Shipments that are not claimed are returned to our facility & you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We relinquish responsibility of all packages once they are handed to the shipping carrier. Delivery of the final product is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. 

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?

  • Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
  • Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.

Returns

Because our products are made-to-order, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges based on personal preferences like size or color choice. We are only able to process returns if there is a problem with the item.

If your product is received with a defect or the wrong item/size was sent—please contact us at  hello@roohapparel.com & we will gladly sort it out! Any claims must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received.
